The National Justice and Peace Network Annual Conference is taking place between 24th-26th July 2026 at the Hayes Conference Centre, Swanwick, Derbyshire.

The conference will focus on the theme ‘Just Talk,’ addressing the challenges of communication in a world increasingly shaped by disinformation and brief, often misleading sound bites.

The weekend will explore how individuals and communities can promote genuine communication and meaningful encounters, guided by the Spirit of Truth. A central theme will be how to respond to the spread of disinformation and the rise of divisive rhetoric, both within the UK and globally.

Participants will also consider practical ways to engage in difficult conversations and to encourage constructive dialogue with people who hold different perspectives. The conference aims to equip attendees with the tools needed to foster understanding, respect, and positive engagement across divides.

Those interested in attending are invited to contact [email protected] or visit the NJPN website for further details.

A limited number of reduced-price places are available for individuals aged 18–35 who are interested in or involved in social justice. Enquiries from eligible participants are encouraged.
