Advent

Caritas Diocese of Brentwood is inviting you to collect items throughout Advent by following our Reverse Advent Calendar. All the items you collect can be placed in a box or container, wrapped or decorated for Christmas, and then donated to your local food bank just in time for Christmas. If you need assistance finding your local foodbank, you can search on the Trussell Trust Website by clicking here.

Below, you will also find a link to our daily thoughts for Advent; these are perfect for sharing in a group chat or using as social media stories. Additionally, there is a list of Advent Actions that you can challenge yourself to complete in time for Christmas.

Whether you are an individual, family, catechist, chaplain, teacher, group leader, or Parish Priest, please do let us know how you are taking part by emailing caritasdevelopment@brcdt.org
